Do I need a demo or a sales call to start?

No. Sign up and a guided setup wizard walks you through company info, branding, pricing and your team. A checklist ticks itself off as you work, and you can book your first job the same day.

Can I keep my business phone number?

Each branch answers and dials from its own business number inside AIProMove. Forward your existing number to it and nothing changes for your customers; one number can also serve several branches.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

Yes. Closed-out invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online, per branch, so nothing is entered twice.

How do crews use it on the road?

Through the Crew App: Android and iPhone apps, or install it straight from a link. Today’s jobs, inventory check-off, the digital Bill of Lading, signatures and card payment all keep working with no signal.

Can I run more than one location?

Yes. Branches have their own pricing, deposit policy, phone number and QuickBooks connection, and administrators switch between them from the top bar.

How do payments work?

Connect Stripe or Authorize.Net. Customers pay deposits from the portal, crews take cards on site from the Crew App, and storage renters are charged automatically on schedule.

Who can see what?

Reusable permission groups with view and manage rights per module, individual overrides, optional or required two-factor sign-in, and an audit trail of every change.

Can I bring my existing customers?

Import your customer list from a spreadsheet in a few clicks; likely duplicates are flagged before anything is created.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?
